What’s included, and common cost questions
What does the monthly price include? Usually rent, three meals, housekeeping and activities. Care is often priced separately by level of help.
Do prices go up? Most communities raise prices once a year. Ask how much the last increase was and how much notice they give.
Can Medi-Cal pay? Some assisted living communities take the Assisted Living Waiver. Ask The Watermark whether they do and if there’s a waiting list.

Meal times are flexible with menu offerings that change daily as well as a rotating available anytime menu. There is also a…

From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and welcoming. The staff are no different. They are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward residents. Special mention to Jolie, who is an incredible member of their team. I’m very happy with the facilities and services they provide for my grandma.
