My grandmother has dementia and is supposed to be checked every two hours but was last checked around 8: 30 pm and wasn’t again until 1:30 am and got out and wasn’t found until 9am. Her room is always dirty unless we clean and laundry is never done when asked. In the evening I’ve had residents let me in with no staff in sight

I wish to leave double negative stars for this facilities less than professional behavior in serving its community; let alone the residents depending on them to do them right. I had called the facility on Friday and again on Monday to inquire on visitation procedure and policy to ensure my 93+ mile drive would be worthwhile in that a visit would actually take place.
