Care fit Where this comes from“On record” means it appears in state records. “Listed by them” comes from their website. “Not on record” means there’s no record either way, so ask. Care needs come from the senior you added.

What Desert Rose Elder Care has on record

Nothing on record yet.

Not listed doesn’t mean not offered. It means there’s no record, so ask.

Being on record means the state or Desert Rose Elder Care lists it. It doesn’t mean they’ve accepted your senior or have a room.

Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

I had my mother here for about three years until she passed away from the ravages of Alzheimer's. My only regret is that I didn't move her here sooner from the facility she was at in San Diego. The staff, including the owner, are as dedicated to these residents and their care as much as anyone on earth could ever be. Not only did I want to make sure my mom was somewhere in which people cared…

Clean and very well kept. Staff is friendly and loving towards residents. Residents seem to love it there and have a lot of choices of activities to do during the day. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
