If there were an award for turning simple problems into disasters, this hospital would win it every year. The staff acted like professionalism was optional, and basic communication seemed completely nonexistent. Walking through the front doors was the biggest mistake I made all year. I’d trust a magic 8-ball with my health before I’d ever come back here.

This place's prices are outrageous. The ER doctor charged me $4,300 for 20 minutes of his time, after the hospital had already charged me $5,000. And then the greedy ER doctor sent it to collections after like 30 days of non payment. Getting less than one hour of ER health care here almost costed as much as my surgery I had at Roc, and almost bankrupted me. Go into Reno for healthcare if you need…

This hospital continues to charge people ridiculous amounts. 1100 to sit alone in the ER for an hour in excruciating back pain, except for a 5 minute pep talk from doctor... it was completely pointless. Ill get a generic response from tfh explaining that our feedback is valuable... blah blah blah. Treat people fairly, stop price gouging. Not everyone that lives here is a millionaire...Avoid this…

We had a great experience here last week. Dr Jowers took such good care of our toddler son who slipped and had to get stitches on his face. He was so patient and took such good care of him and helped ease my husband and me. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Jowers and the staff as a whole. They made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible.
