Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

Our mother spent about nine years at The Reserve. The staff is friendly and cares about its residents. The facility and grounds are clean. They have plenty of activities. And they were very accommodating during multiple apartment moves.

There are always things to improve but I think as a location and facility to give senior citizens a nice life style, the Reserve does a great job. You have a tough crowd to please.

I worked with Assisted Living Connections to find this great facility for my Mom who needed respite care after a complicated surgery. Elizabeth, Justin and the entire team were very accommodating, capable and professional with getting her moved into her new studio in very short order. I'm relieved to know she is in the best place she can be with competent care, nurturing support and a thriving…
