What The Oaks has on record
Nothing on record yet.
Not listed doesn’t mean not offered. It means there’s no record, so ask.
Being on record means the state or The Oaks lists it. It doesn’t mean they’ve accepted your senior or have a room.
Cost Where this comes fromPrices and rooms come from the community’s own website, dated when we saw them. The typical range uses communities nearby that publish prices.
Rooms, prices and how families pay
From $3,850 a month. Choose a room to see what it costs and how it compares.
What does the monthly price include? Usually rent, three meals, housekeeping and activities. Care is often priced separately by level of help.
Do prices go up? Most communities raise prices once a year. Ask how much the last increase was and how much notice they give.
Can Medi-Cal pay? Some assisted living communities take the Assisted Living Waiver. Ask The Oaks whether they do and if there’s a waiting list.
These are prices The Oaks published, seen 8 Sep 2026. They aren’t quotes.
Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

My Dad moved into The Oaks at Inglewood almost 4 years ago. While he was quite reluctant about moving in because he did not want to leave his home. Over time he has grown to enjoy his life at The Oaks because all of his needs are met, and is happy with the care he receives. The staff normally responds to any requests he may have in a timely manner which I consider very important. The staff and…

This is such a wonderful place. It has a great feel when you walk in the door. People seem very happy, there is lots of laughter and the staff is very friendly. One thing I took note of that I thought was very special is how all the staff knows their residents by name and they address them in passing. It is apparent that the staff loves what they do.

My husband has been very happy at The Oaks at Inglewood since moving in 3 months ago. He loves the staff and has made some friends there.(I was worried about that).
He enjoys the food and feels like the dining room workers are his friends. If he misses breakfast (He likes to sleep in) they will always fix him something that he enjoys.
His diabetes is well controlled.
He participates in some of…

My mom decided on The Oaks. The staff is precious to her. She loves them all and they provide her with wonderful care. There are two issues that she is not happy about. The Oaks is very understaffed in both the care area and the dining facility. My mom requires very little care but when she is scheduled for a shower twice a week, getting one at 9 pm at night is unacceptable. Due to the…

Oh the things I could share with you about this place. They refused to have Dad transported appropriately to the VA, as requested and we've spent over $43K in transport costs over the past 2 years. I moved Dad because Blaine was the worst director of The Oaks ever. Never listened, never followed through and even admitted my father did not need to be transported even though he was. Dad was bitten…
