Yesterday, 4/8/2026, was my first visit to River Valley Healthcare&Wellness. I didn't know my friends last name who was in the facility. The receptionist was helping as much as she was allowed to, HIPPA laws. I finally got his name from my friend, and I was able to visit. It was the first time my friend had been there also. I had a very positive experience with this skilled nursing facility. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
