This place is a step above the others. It has really changed. They have supervisors that are really involved. I saw the supervisor Jennifer putting out fires left and right. She was helping her CNA when call lights when. She was solving everyone's problems and called everyone by name as they passed her in the lobby. I have been a resident here for 6 months now and all I can say is that this is the best place in Palm Springs. The staff is caring and patient they soon become family. I have received great care and service. The girls Maggie and Maya in social services are sweethearts and make sure I have everything I need as a long term resident. I am grateful and lucky to have found a home here at palm springs…

I had the best experience while at this facility. My nurse Francisco was so caring and helpful. they have the best staff especially Lulu my helper was so nice and always helping me with anything I needed. the food was good and the rehab was excellent. I definitely recommend.
