Staff is great, Hector in particular is always helpful! The only complaint is having to call the memory unit and wait so they can open the door. The doorbell doesn't alert them that someone is at that door and during the summer heat this can get pretty annoying.

If you are sick, Bella Villaggio is supposed to bring your meals up to your room. They have a very difficult time doing that, my mom had surgery and her friends and her family have to go by and bring the meals up to her, because Bella Villaggio is just unable to get enough staff to help out with that issue. I can't say enough about how amazing Villa Bellagio is. My 90 year old parents recently moved in and they've been taken care of from the get go. The staff and facilities are top notch and they genuinely care about their residents. I'm very glad my parents live there and I highly recommend Villa Bellagio to anyone looking for a senior living community.
