This place I was sent to has an exceptional staff who I see day in and day out go above and beyond what is required of them to keep there clients happy and well fed and comfortable on an everyday basis I would like to commend the entire staff from front office to physical therapy to nursing staff and specially kitchen staff do a professional job and would not of asked for a better place for my…
Feb 2026 · GoogleI have not been here yet, but I do know that if you send your loved one a greeting through the website, there is only a 10% chance they will receive it.... Staff needs to understand that these are people. How they treat them can make a world of difference. This world could use more empathy..... Treat people how you would want to be treated..... It's not that hard to do and if it is, you might…
Sep 2025 · GoogleOne example of the filth they have elderly and disabled living in. This facility is by far one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The staff have been known for not reporting incidents about patients and the social worker doesn’t follow up on concerns. The staff can’t answer my basic questions of concern, I’ve witnessed them feed my mother expired food and their excuse was they didn’t know. I have…
Oct 2024 · GoogleGreat facility. There's good nurses and doctors and physical and occupational therapy. There's some activities to do here they always put on everything in the calendar of things to do. Great food. You can ask sometimes to change your food if some of the things you don't like they can do it for you. It's great place for senior citizens.
Apr 2024 · GoogleThe DON is the best nurse that has ever existed! Always so kind and friendly towards every patient that she comes in contact with as well as all visitors. She is a hard working and dedicated individual and it directly correlates with all the staff and the facility as a whole! I would trust my life in the hands of anyone in this facility, especially the DON. She deserves a raise!
