I would give 0 stars if I could. As a fellow nurse, I am sickened by this place! My grandmother is staying here (leaving soon) and when my family went to visit, they found her covered in feces. When called to change her, not one single nurse came to attend to her needs for over an hour! How does one have a heart of such kind where they cannot attend to a helpless elderly? They have no ventilation system. NO heating or air conditioning system what so ever. The patients are suffering from heat. My father complained about this 3 years ago and now my mother is there and is suffering with the heat and lack of air flow. Germs can spread easily with no ventilation.
