Avoid this place at all costs. Oak River Rehab is one of the most poorly run facilities I’ve ever seen. The staff is miserable, constantly snapping at each other, and the hostility is impossible to ignore. It creates a toxic environment that no patient should ever be exposed to. I was sent to this facility after a bad car accident for physical therapy. The staff are wonderful to me and everyone else even when patients are being awful to them. I appreciate all the support I've received here. Highest praise to the facility and staff! Pet friendly as well.
