Great feeling here! The staff and residents all seem happy!
Mar 2026 · GoogleI met with Darlene last Saturday, the marketer at Playa, while exploring care options for my loved one. Although we chose to bring him home, Darlene was patient, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate, even working on a Saturday. She took the time to answer our questions and reassured us that we could always return if we needed help. That gave our family real peace of mind. If the rest of the…
Mar 2026 · GoogleMy father was sent to this location. From Kaiser, he was a engineer, a pilot. I'm very smart individual when I visited him. It was as if they over medicated him, he wasn't himself? He would ask me to go touch the doorknob in the room that he shared with another individual, he kept on ask me to do things like that. The person in the bed next to him, said you're not supposed to do it. But I didn't…
Aug 2025 · GoogleThis place is horrible. My father went in on Friday 7/11/25 after leaving the hospital to recover. I visited him on Sunday 7/13/25 and I noticed he looked lost and wouldn’t answer any of my questions or have a conversation with me he would just nodded his head and would fall asleep. I spoke to a nurse and her answer was he must be tired. I shouldn’t have believed her. Now he’s at the hospital…
Jul 2025 · GoogleI recently visited this facility, and while I initially hesitated to write a review, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The facility had a strong odor of urine and felt unclean. The staff appeared inattentive, with many focused on their phones instead of the residents, which I believe is unacceptable. Based on what I observed, I would not recommend bringing a loved one to this facility.
