    Don’t recommend this place to put your loved ones here. My friends grandma is here and that place is so messed up. Heard so many side conversation from staff talking bad about residents who live there. The amount of neglect I’ve seen from that place truly disgust me and I hope that place shuts down from it. May God forgive anyone affiliated in that place.

    Service is horrible food is worse. The directors try to avoid you or walk away from you when you try to address concerns. They had a bedbug infestation and try to keep it a secret. They always try to give you excuses when help runs past the 15min time limit especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Refried beans from a can for lunch.     The building is very clean. All staff are amazing at what they do. The Resident Service Director, Jonnathan is his nice I believe is super friendly and is always willing to help. If you are looking for a place for a family member I recommend Aqua Ridge.

    A lovely home that looks like a hotel with all of the accommodations of a good hotel. The food is excellent. The staff is polite and accommodating. Everything is immaculate.
