My mom lived at Pacifica now called Merced Senior living for almost a year and a half. It is a lovely facility. The staff truly care about their residents. They have a good amount of activities. Increased staffing levels could help with response times for residents and some increased training for personal care for residents would be the only thing that made me not give a 5 star rating. I…
