My dad spent 2 months here and he received excellent care. All the staff was so kind and caring. They ordered him special utensils to eat! I knew my dad was in good hands during his stay here. The physical therapy team was patient and worked with him often. I’m so appreciative of the staff that made sure my dad was taken care of.

My mother recently stayed at Franciscan and overall had a wonderful experience. Nurses Nazima and Rashpal were amazing and took excellent care of her. I would have loved to leave a full 5-star review; however, my mother did have a negative experience with one of her aides, Aliya. She mentioned that the aide entered the room with a strong odor of marijuana, refused to assist her to the bathroom…
