I only have great things to say about the nursing, rehab, kitchen and maintenance staff. Management is a different issue. I wish admissions and marketer were more friendly to the patients and their families. The Administrator, who appears to be having an inappropriate relationship with the Director of Rehab, is very unprofessional. It’s highly unethical. Director of Rehab is benefitting from this…

Citrus Nursing Center has provided me with excellent service the business office is always willing to assist with any financial issues. The social services team is always willing to assist. The admissions team did a great job at addressing any concerns about placement and gave a tour of the facility. The Nursing team does a great job at assisting with care and communicating with the doctor.

My mom was in need of nursing assistance until we were able to get ihss for her at home. Not sure why this place accepted her when it was mentioned to them that she has dementia and she’s wonders.
