That good manager (below) is long gone. The county investigated and SUBSTANTIATED neglect of residents, including my grandmother. Feel free to do your own research. New manager Jeff is professional, competent, and caring. He has made a huge difference in the facility. Shout out to Jennifer as well who is very helpful. Poor care and retaliatory administrators who prefer to pass the blame for internal issues and false advertising onto their CNAs . This mentality appears to be becoming the standard of care for vulnerable people who cannot afford quality care.
