I spent 2 months at the facility in September and October 2024. I was suffering both mental and physical issues following a severe knee injury. Cole the counselor was my favorite. He motivated me in many ways and really got me going for physical traing every morning. Mike the Physical Therapist was inspiring and pushed me to improve. They did not flush my IV for three days. It is supposed to be flushed every day. I had to be rushed to the emergency hospital because they failed to notice that my legs were 3° different and temperature. The food was horrible. The only thing I could eat was oatmeal and cold cereal.
