The survey and questions reminded me about what items should not be brought in, given, or shared with patients. This super clean and newer place made me very happy that my friend was staying here. A pleasant place with young active nursing staff eager to help. Manager went above and beyond to bring clothes before the family had time to. There was no yelling patients or foul smells as I've heard about at other facilities. Follow up visiting is a quick scan with their "advanced entry" recognition system. If I had to sum my loved one’s experience up in one word, I’d say “pathetic.” If it were two words, I’d say “pathetically awful.” Substandard care but really bad on weekends.
