I rarely leave negative reviews, but families deserve to know about our experience with Brookdale Brookhurst. A resident was administered 5 medications that were not prescribed to him or on his approved list. One of those medications was Oxycodone. The error was serious enough that 911 was called and he was transported to the hospital. Even after being released, he continued experiencing symptoms…

Shuttle Driver runs red light when he can clearly see that traffic has stopped in the intersection. Still they decide to run their light causing a 20 second blockage in the intersection. Also rather than stay in their lane they cross lanes in the intersection which what the DMV tells you that you are not allowed to do when you take your driving test.
