My father recently had neck surgery and originally wanted to go to Topanga Terrace since he had been there before. When it came time for discharge, that unfortunately wasn’t an option and we were given the choice between going to Santa Monica or staying local at West Valley Post Acute in West Hills. I can’t say enough good things about the care he received at West Valley Post Acute. The staff…

My dad just recently was there for six weeks post op and rehabilitation for his hip replacement. The level of care the staff has provided my father has been wonderful. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff from CNA's, Nursing, Front desk, Rehab/therapists and Social Worker Maya were so kind, helpful and supportive. I am grateful for the care they provide him.

West Valley Post Acute is the best post acute facility in the Valley. My mother has been to 3 different post hospital rehab facilities over the last 4 years and this one is by far the best. The facility is always clean, it doesn't smells the staff are caring. The therapists are awesome. Social Worker Maya is always willing to go above and beyond, she gave me and my wife her personal cell phone…

My dad has been there for 2 weeks and this place has been the best rehab ever. My dearly departed mother was in a few rehabs in the valley and none were as nice as WHPA. The place is relatively new and the rooms are clean. My dad actually likes the food and asked us to bring him food again. Most importantly, the staff have been amazing. They’re all very helpful, friendly, and have a great…

I am a home health and hospice nurse. I work with a lot of skilled nursing facilities when patients are ready to be discharged home. I wanted to take the time to highlight how amazing Daniella and Gabriella were with a recent patient discharge. Both were very easy to work with and were very communicative with this very complex situation. Most importantly, I feel like they cared deeply for this…
