Don't let your love ones stay at Coastalview Health Care Center. All SNF are horrible place to get healed. CNA has attitude. Complains to the Snf director are ignored. Brought husband here from hospital. Most staff was sitting around on the monitors and cell phones. After asking about rehab and skilled nursing, was told many residents were there because families had placed them if they had no where else to go. They said patient to nurse ratio was 20 to 1! He was placed next to sliding glass door and not given a blanket, so he froze all night long. Asked for…

I was there after broken hip surgery. Everyone was so nice and caring. They really took care of me. The staff young nurses to the Latin working ladies made my stay very comfortable when I really needed patience and care. God bless them. I was actually at the rehab building not the nursing home.
