If you have a loved one in this place then you hate them.. it take the staff 3 hours to answer call lights so if anyone need help they may die before any help come and the staff BEAT AND MISS TREAT the old people there so make sure you visit often because the staff will lie to you if you don't wish I can give them negative stars

My brother arrived had a stroke in another state & was transported via ambulance to this amazing facility. I was able to meet with the medical social worker, nurses, doctor and care team health aids, physical & occupational therapist. His room, linens, were clean. My step-father was at this facility for about a week to receive PT, OT and Speech therapy. I appreciated the admin and floor staff’s care and swift responses to needs and questions. We’ve had experiences with similar facilities in the Solano and Napa areas, and we’ve had the best experience at Springs Road Healthcare.
