My aunt lived in the home on Quattro Millpass for the better part of 3 years. I have to say her care was absolutely amazing they were wonderful with her. When she first arrived she was very difficult to deal with and they always showed the utmost patience with her! They are left in bed most of the day. They have two people there with 6 residents. They are required to cook, do laundry and clean as well as take care of the residents.

The residents are fed and taken out of bed for meals. Most of them are alone in their rooms and a couple are sitting in other rooms but there is no social interaction whatsoever.
