    My grandmother had stayed here and recently has passed away. While collecting her stuff we asked the staff if they still had a statue of hers (which was previously in her room). We saw the staff member go back to "check" and claimed they didn't have it. Months passed and we called again to check and they somehow found it shattered in pieces.     Facility: a little outdated. Can bring your own items to make for a more comfortable space for your family member. Keep a list of items and put names on everything.
