My review is very mixed. My mother had some amazing nurses, wonderful physical therapist and a great social worker. In general, I felt the place was horribly understaffed. So I can’t blame the staff. What i absolutely did not like and was constantly battling was the environment. I would show up in the morning and there would be four wheel chairs and other equipment in her room like it was storage…

As a former patient in the facility, the overall quality of the place is reasonable. Call button is responded within 30 minutes to an hour. Excellent teamwork, everyone has their own skills but nurses only pass their meds and not do other tasks like bedside nursing. Staff like the CNAs do their jobs with compassion spend time with the patients more than the nurses do. Diet is for everyone…

My mom spent sometime with Northpark Acute Rehabilitation after a hospital stay. To our suprise they remembered us from when my father was there six months earlier. That couldn't have been more reassuring to my mother. She received excellent care from the entire staff. The geriatric doctor from Kaiser on staff is excellent. All in all great experience, food hit or miss.

My father was at North Point Actue Care in Tracy for approximately 14 days. My father is 91 years old and although our family is small, when it comes to him, we are all there together. The staff there were ALL AMAZING!! EVERYONE was helpful with my father’s rehab as well as working with our family and the millions of questions we had. They made sure we were set with everything we needed when…

As a recent patient here, I am highly satisfied with the level of care and rehabilitation I received to literally get me back on my feet. Having been a young adult in a facility with primarily "baby boomers," I felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The staff was nice, fun and full of energy. NP is in the process of remodeling rooms, which I'm sure will look great once they're all finished. My…
