Aug 2026 · GoogleMy dad has stayed here since March 2026. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. They have taken very good care of him. Even though he speaks mainly Korean, Sohee has been very helpful to translate things that he and mom do not understand. The social worker Melissa and Tanya very helpful and knowledgeable in getting the the medical insurance implemented.
Aug 2026 · GoogleEverything is good. I love Lucy, my CNA she has been a big help to me. Nurse Trixie and Jericho, they are very caring and communicates well. Airyelle, my social worker has been very helpful with all my appointments. She's very sweet and she always checks on me. Food is getting better. Overall, my experience here is awesome 👍
Aug 2026 · GoogleThe social workers are surperb. Everyone is nice here never rude. I like it here. The social workers looked for alternative placement but I didn't want to go and they left me alone and never brought it up again. I leave every Sunday to go to church and my CNA helps me pick out my clothes to wear. I would recommend heritage to anyone looking for a place when they need help.
Aug 2026 · GoogleSome of the CNAs need more training. I like Emily she does my nails and hair for me. She sits and talks to me and makes phones call for me. She has compassion. I like Melissa my social worker and Jorge Jr. My nurses Devine and Jericho is good. My CNA Raul is good to me and my RNA Helene is nice. Pat is good to me she is the team lead.
