    I have lived at The Spring in Torrance, California, for almost two years, and I feel it is important to share my experience because I hope it will help improve the community for current and future residents. The staff members I have encountered are kind and caring, but they also seem overworked, and there appears to be a high rate of staff turnover. Staff often do not stay very long, and that can…

    Very friendly and welcoming staff with great hospitality. The rooms were clean, and I took my dad there for his recovery. He came home in great condition and was very happy. In fact, he had a hard time wanting to leave! Thank you to Lizette, Michelle, and Monniece for taking such great care of him. Highly recommend!

    My step-mother stayed here for many months before she passed. The facility is very clean and the staff is attentive - making sure her perscriptions are filled and that she is eating regularly ( she liked the food). As she went into her last days, they provided good hospice care and made sure she was comfortable. It was a comfortable space to say goodbye.
