    Important: This review is specifically for the Marian Avenue location in Thousand Oaks (not the Sidlee location). The home itself is clean and the grounds are pleasant, and a few caregivers were kind and attentive. Unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the serious concerns my family experienced here. We were promised a level of care and family involvement that was not delivered.…
