    Daniel is Verry unprofessional told us to set up a ride for monday by 1 o'clock then calls the other facility and tells them there not going to accept the patient never calls the patients family or let's anyone know anything and then says he never told us yes when he infact did tell us yes and had us arrange a ride also facility is verry run down and smells also has roaches visibly outside I…
