My 98 yr young mother is recieving excellent physical therapy and nursing care at this facility following surgery after a fall. I was afraid she would simply be written off because of age but i was very surprised and impressed by the efforts of your extremely caring staff. This is her first hospital stay ever aside from childbirth. The physical therapists work daily with her and she is already…
Jul 2026 · GoogleOne of my favorite things about this place was in the mornings a nurse would bring me a warm wash cloth and a cup of coffee. That would brighten the start of my day. Through the day the employees would sing and are beyond pleasant to be around. They are very respectful and help me be active in my stay and including that the facility is extremely clean. The staff make sure there isn’t a spec of…
Jul 2026 · GoogleHi, I figured this review was necessary so Crystal Creek can do some internal analysis on how they treated my grandfather. My grandfather had a stroke was discharged from the hospital to this facility. Late at night it was reported that he could potentially have buildup in his lungs that could cause issues. Instead of addressing this issue with hospitalization or medication they decided to wait…
Apr 2026 · GoogleThis facility was an answer to our prayers! They treated my mother with compassion and love like if she was their own family. She needed rehab for her for her post-op knee surgery. The therapy team is exceptional—friendly, encouraging. This was my mother’s first experience in a rebab facility so naturally we were all so nervous but we as time went on she was happy and stronger and then home !…
Apr 2026 · GoogleI visited and took a tour of the facility. The receptionist was very pleasant and they had fun Halloween inspired activities for the residents. The therapy gym has proper equipment to help with geriatric therapy. The private rooms were the best part. Very clean and well maintained and where I intend on sending my parents when they need therapeutic services or nursing services.
