My Dad moved into The Oaks at Inglewood almost 4 years ago. While he was quite reluctant about moving in because he did not want to leave his home. Over time he has grown to enjoy his life at The Oaks because all of his needs are met, and is happy with the care he receives. The staff normally responds to any requests he may have in a timely manner which I consider very important. The staff and…
Jan 2026 · GoogleThis is such a wonderful place. It has a great feel when you walk in the door. People seem very happy, there is lots of laughter and the staff is very friendly. One thing I took note of that I thought was very special is how all the staff knows their residents by name and they address them in passing. It is apparent that the staff loves what they do.
Jan 2026 · GoogleMy husband has been very happy at The Oaks at Inglewood since moving in 3 months ago. He loves the staff and has made some friends there.(I was worried about that). He enjoys the food and feels like the dining room workers are his friends. If he misses breakfast (He likes to sleep in) they will always fix him something that he enjoys. His diabetes is well controlled. He participates in some of…

The Oaks is very understaffed in both the care area and the dining facility. My mom requires very little care but when she is scheduled for a shower twice a week, getting one at 9 pm at night is unacceptable. Due to the…

They refused to have Dad transported appropriately to the VA, as requested and we've spent over $43K in transport costs over the past 2 years. I moved Dad because Blaine was the worst director of The Oaks ever. Never listened, never followed through and even admitted my father did not need to be transported even though he was. Dad was bitten…
