Administrator Hilda Carrera attempted to pressure me into private pay twice during active Medicare appeals. My mom had a stroke on November 24 2018 and she stayed a whole month for the rehabilitation she came in not being able to mover her right hand or leg. One month later and with the help of this center she is able to eat on her own and move her arm and leg of course with limitation. The staff is great and the thersapist where phenomenal. I don't usually leave reviews, but wanted to show appreciation for this facility because of the care that my mom received here a few weeks ago. The place was very clean and spotless, but I noticed how warm & caring all the nurses were, and definitely put my worries at ease. Thank you so much Nurse Gladys and Nurse Nover in rehab for treating my mom like she was yours.
