    The people running this place have put up illegal and fake signs to try and prevent people from parking at the facility. They have a fake fire lane sign at the end of the road and illegal towing signs on the side of the building even though it is a public street. They have attempted to intimidate me with threats of towing my car if I park in front of the building.

    The care that my loved one received here was second to none I never had a moment of apprehension at all the staff is knowledgeable and their bedside manner was unmatched…as we age our parents age so knowing they are in loving and caring hands..I’ve already recommended this place to several of my peers…10/10

    The best place ever. They are very carrying and experienced. Beautiful and safe home with very good communication. My father lives at Carmel Oaks Assisted Living. He was under weight when I took him over there. But, after all the good care, he gained some weight and he looks happy and healthy. Thank you so much Carmel Oaks team.

    My mother was in this facility for 5 months and as time progressed we realized it was a very poor environment for multiple reasons. We would never recommend this place to anyone: safety concerns, haphazard care, and ultimately, no real concern for her welfare.
