Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. I toured Wild Rose Care Home a few months ago and was really impressed with the facility. The facility was clean & the residents appeared to be well cared for. Nearly every care home I've toured since then has not been as nice as Wild Rose Care Home.
