Mom had a great experience staying at Summerfield for 4 weeks following discharge from hospital. They addressed multiple health issues and she came home much stronger and resilient than she went in. I recently had a stay her at Summerfield healthcare , I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe and speedy recovery to get back home.
