Was speaking to my mother tonight. Mid sentence she wasn’t making sense. I called the facility. Not sure what nurse I spoke to, soon as she answered the phone, she had attitude. Refused to give me her name and hung up on me. As I’ve been told, they don’t have supervisors, anyone on staff to handle poor bedside manner or anyone to handle if your parent has had a stroke. 911 should have been their…

If I can, I’d give this facility a Zero. Got yelled at by the nurse for asking them to check my suegras blood pressure. After them calling us to come and see what’s wrong with her, when that should be their job. We were being ignored and no one was helping us.
