My mother passed away in this faculty in september. Screaming out for help. They found her on the ground after leaving for 5 to 10 minutes when they knew that she had severe dementia. They didn't have a vest on for her real heart pump launched out of her. She also had severe kidney failure.

Great facility with good staff and great leadership that provided excellent Care to me during my stay. This place is very well run. I was at Pine Ridge for almost 2 months in room 32 recovering from a bad fall I had at home and was sent there after an 8 day stay at the Hospital. Highly recommend Pine Ridge Care Center. Was referred to Pine Ridge from the Hospital and they came highly recommended due to their CMS 5-star rating. Their ratings across the board are phenomenal.
