Their Director of Nursing, Miss Carter, is so incredibly rude to sick patients and their families. We have been trying for weeks to get someone who is ready to leave discharged. It's impossible to reach their social workers as this is the only way to get them out. It's been over 2 weeks of trying to reach the one social worker. She is not always there, or in meetings, or some other excuse. Makes me wonder if the inaccessibility is just to keep the place billing insurance...

If you love your people don’t send them here!!!!!!! These horrible people almost killed my mom! She was there 9 months went in for physical therapy, & left with a broken hip!? Hate this place! Nothing professional! They need to be closed down! Smoking drinking outside the facility, cnas come to work to have fun & not their jobs! Just overall terrible, everything about it!!
