My dad was hit in the face not knowing I was standing there behind the curtain. I could imagine what they are doing when we are not there! This place neglected everyone there. The admissions team here made the entire process so smooth and welcoming. From the very first call, they were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive to our needs. Like most nursing homes the staff is stretched thin but even so, you can tell they truly care, and it shows in every interaction. We felt confident and at ease knowing our loved one would be in such a supportive environment!
