San Francisco Post Acute is an facility that encourages wellness and health for the patient. The activity department was super involved with giving the patients a fun and safe space, with karaoke or pizza making. The nursing staff are polite and gentle with their care. I insisted my brother be taken to SF Post Acute because the last time he was there they didn't discharge him until he could walk and do things around the house. I knew they would do the same this time. They are concerned with helping the patient and returning them home as functional people. I like that. This is the best rehab facility my brother has been in.
