My experience with The Providence Place has been truly wonderful. The caregivers are patient and kind, and communication with us is consistent and transparent. The home itself feels welcoming and comfortable rather than institutional. The food is also very good, meals are well-prepared, and balanced. We are very grateful for the level of care and dignity they provide.
Feb 2026 · GoogleI am delighted to say that Providence Place had exceeded our expectations, the care provided to our mom/ grandmother has been excelent, professional and gracefully provided. We are so glad that my mom was given the chance to receive their services. We were very reluctant to transfer mom out of her home, but since this happened more than a year already, the experience has been positive all…
Feb 2026 · GoogleProvidence Place is a wonderful facility and is taking great care of my father. Catherine and her staff are caring, compassionate, attentive, friendly, and take the utmost care of their patients. We receive daily updates, photos, and videos of my father from the staff and it is great to see him happily participating in events. My father has dementia and his emotions had him labeled as a difficult…

Previously, he spent 2 years at Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill. They are very different. Providence Place is a small facility that focuses on excellent care, among other important things. Ivy Park, by contrast, is corporate, and spends money on marketing and open…

Providence Place, however, worked out to be the best decision we could have ever made. The facility is…
