Be mindful of your loved ones care. As in most locations like this there are good and bad experiences. Speak up when you see something you don't like and praise when it's good. Stay in the now.

My mom was transferred today and BIG shout out to Dexter Silva and Nurse Lady for making my 90 year old mom’s admission a very smooth one. Crossing my fingers that she will like it there. The staff were very attentive to my mother’s needs.

I was rudely refused and questioned if my integrity when…
