Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

My Brother was well cared for, in the last six months of his life. The staff, & owners -Dr Rahman, & Dr Syeed, were kind & loving, to both my brother, myself, & his niece. It felt like he was home, & not “in a home.” I cannot say enough about the staff. I will miss them all.

My uncle moved to Elderly Haven when he switched to hospice and could no longer be unsupervised in his assisted living. He was well taken care of, his room was always clean, and the hospice nurses commented on how nice the place was. He was there for 6 months before he passed. They accommodated his Alzheimer's and diabetes well.

Dr. Rahman and Dr. Syeeda have been absolutely incredible. They have been very supportive and helpful with Mom before and after Mom left the board and care. She suffered a fall when she left and came back and has been doing better ever since. Dr. Rahman and Dr. Syeeda have been very understanding and caring with Mom. She was eager to come back to the facility since she not only liked Dr.…

It is run by Dr. Rahman and Dr. Akhter-Rahman. They are both really knowledgable, genuine, and it is obvious they care about their residents. It is a converted house in Mira Mesa, really close…
