My loved on was there for rehab after surgery. He is 6'7, and very stubborn. Way to much for me to handle. The nurses there are very gentle and kind. With an extra nudge from Dallin the administrator, and the great physical and occupational therapy team got him back on track. He's back home and walking around safely. I could of never done it. Thank you* Wonderful People.

Understaffed,and negligent in care. My mother was at Balboa for 3 days and she declined significantly within that short period. My mother's oxygen had dropped and she was irresponsive when I went for a late afternoon visit. Not one nurse or CNA had noticed her condition until I brought attention to it. At this point they rushed in with oxygen and called an ambulance to send her out to a hospital.

This facility is staffed with the kindest, knowledgeable people in the business. From the minute my uncle was admitted the staff were kind, patient and caring. I was especially impressed with our case worker KoKo Mohammad and Lander Ramirez in Accounting. You are in very good hands at Balboa Nursing care. You can’t put a price on peace of mind… Thank You!

My mom was well cared for and loved at Balboa. I always knew she was safe. They communicated very well with me regarding all aspects of her care. The Social Services department is so helpful and clear with their communication. The PT, OT, ST dept is amazing. The nurses and CNAs are the best. The food is consistently very good...I know, I ate it myself. The cleaning crew and maintenance crew are…
