I want to thank all the staff at Haven Post Acute from Oliver the administrator to the case manager Daisy to Social services department Teresa & Noemi. Nursing Staff Manjeet, Melody, Alexis, Derick, Activities Department Maritza, Kimberly & Sam. Regina were always helpful. To any one I didn't mention I'm sorry but everyone is loved. I can't forget to mention the Therapy department.

It was a great place for a loved one to be . They were very nice . All the staff was very helpful. They changed the bedding everyday. They have a courtyard to go outside and hang out. I was there everyday.
