The staff here is amazing. The director is approachable to both family members and to resident. I am so glad we chose to go to arrowhead Springs rehab rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made during this tough time.

My mom was transferred here from Kaiser Fontana. Unfortunately Arrowhead Springs is understaffed and overcrowded. Omg the smell is atrocious! It smells like Feces, urine, and bleach.
