I made in person contact with this location. Received a tour. When I followed up on my application via text or phone call. No one was able to direct me . Frequent holds lasting 40 min or more and " call back tomorrow " as replies to my questions. I do ask a lot of them. So and so is gone for the day.

Their staff and managers make such a strong group of individuals, they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe and well taken care of. It takes special people to work in healthcare, each and every department is such an important component that makes this such an amazing team.

This place is literally hell on earth. My poor grandmother was mistreated and neglected. Left in her in feces and urine for days at a time. They steal things from the people in this place the don’t do “rehabilitation” they don’t check in the patients and my grandmother broke/ fractured her hips 3 different times because of this but no one knows “how” she fell. The administrator and all the healthcare providers treat us very nice. We see the warming and family atmosphere around us. And we know our loved one is in good hands. My mother-in-law has been here for almost 5 years. No nursing home is perfect, especially a locked Dementia facility. I was reading the other reviews. I have never had a major issue.
