We want to sincerely thank City Creek Post Acute for taking such great care of my dad. The rehab team is superb, and the nursing staff has been very helpful and attentive throughout his stay. My mom especially wanted to give a special shoutout to Jean, the discharge planner. My mom normally does not do Google reviews, but she specifically asked me to write this because Jean truly deserves to be…

City Creek took great care of my mom. The staff are personable, caring, knowledgeable and hard working. Everyone knows each other, and always greeted me with kindness and made me feel welcomed. The nursing staff were on it to meet patient needs but the CNAs really had the hard jobs. They did it with grace and really connected with my mom. The therapies helped to get my mom stronger, the food was…

I am so thankful for City Creek. The facility, the staff, and the care is all wonderful. It was a tough decision for us to move my mom from her home to a care facility after she became immobile. We we very concerned whether she would adjust to the care facility environment. The staff has been very culturally sensitive and I am thankful for all the Punjabi speaking staff. You all are wonderful.…

Front receptionists are wonderful. Nurses are overworked but good customer service. They listen to family members concerns and are very receptive and respectful. Cultural diverse facility. More funding should be giving to this facility so that repairs can be made. Safety of the staff and patients should be top priority.
